These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of ebascocapital.com (the "Site") and to any request for financing options you submit through it. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
EBASCO Capital ("EBASCO," "we," "us") helps businesses and real estate investors find financing. We work with a network of lenders and capital sources to identify, structure and present financing options. EBASCO Capital is not a lender. We do not make loans, issue credit decisions or set lending terms. Every financing decision, including approval, amount, rate, fees and timing, is made by the lender.
The Site and our services are for commercial and business-purpose financing only. We do not arrange personal, family or household loans. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are requesting financing for a business or investment purpose and that you are authorized to act for the business you describe.
Submitting a request does not create a loan, a commitment to lend or any obligation for you to accept an offer. We do not guarantee that you will receive financing, any particular terms, or a decision or funding by any particular date. Every deal is different, and timing depends on the type of financing, the lender and how quickly complete information and documents are provided. Any estimates we share are general information, not promises.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will tell us if it changes. You authorize EBASCO Capital to share the information you provide with lenders and capital sources that may be able to help, so that they can review your request. How we collect, use and protect information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting a request, you agree that EBASCO Capital may contact you about it by phone or email using the details you provide. We will only send you text messages if you separately agree to receive them. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Any fees for our services will be disclosed to you and agreed in writing before they apply. Lenders may charge their own fees, which are set by the lender and shown in their documents.
Information on the Site is general and for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Please talk to your own advisors before making financial decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with how the Site works, trying to access it without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to EBASCO Capital or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it without our written permission.
The Site may link to or use services provided by others. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, EBASCO Capital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any financing will be available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EBASCO Capital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any lender's decision or actions.
You agree to indemnify and hold EBASCO Capital harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from information you provide that is false or incomplete, or from your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
